Anti Austerity March London

One of the most upbeat and energised Marches I have ever been on. The anger at the current government can make positive action and unite the people from so many backgrounds. Austerity is destruction to our country and its people. With its effects hitting far and wide, often the least heard and most in need are being effected, even Tory supporters recognise Austerity has not worked and is negative to any economy. With the Grenfell Tower corporate Murders being only weeks before the march the real life effects of Austerity have never been clearer.

Great movements have always been solidified by marching, from the Civil Rights Movement, Anti-Apartheid, Women's Rights and so many more being born and pushed forward by marching it has always been a bench mark for an idea being of importance to the masses. To be able to express your beliefs and problems with likeminded people gives your voice the power and support of all those who march with you.
